A Beautiful Experience
When Jesus ascended into heaven he promised the disciples that he would be with them till the end of time. This promise is beautifully fulfilled in the real presence of our Lord Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament which is exposed on the altar, where we all have opportunity to visit and pray.
There are occasions when I am tensed and stressed and just spending time with the Eucharistic Lord has been beautiful experience. I use the opportunity to place before Jesus all my worries and my anxieties and it is not that I pray for him to remove them from my life but I pray for the strength to face the different challenges that life throws at me. I also spend time thanking, the Lord for his goodness to me and all the blessings he has bestowed on me.
